Before preparation begins
A Customer may cancel through an authenticated account or valid secure Order link while the Order remains eligible and assembly, soldering, testing, packing, or other custom preparation has not begun.
After preparation begins
Cancellation becomes a staff-reviewed request after preparation starts. OptiPi.bd Ltd may retain only a product-specific preparation charge that was clearly disclosed and accepted before payment; staff cannot invent a deduction after purchase.
After courier booking
- Before booking, an eligible cancellation is completed locally.
- After booking but before collection, optipi.bd requests courier cancellation and waits for confirmed provider state.
- After collection, the request becomes interception or return handling.
- After delivery, the Returns and warranty policy applies.
Payments and refunds
Cancellation does not itself prove that an online payment was reversed or that a courier request succeeded. Approved refunds follow the original payment method where supported, use separate approval and execution records, and are tracked until provider completion.
How to request cancellation
Use the Order page or contact support with the public Order reference. Never send an OTP, full payment credential, or private account secret to support. The final launch policy will publish operating hours and escalation contacts.
